We usually think our couples are amazing, with a beautiful wedding and lots of fun, but this one takes it to another level with the absolute cuteness of their little boys added to the mix. We are so excited for you to see Marissa and Will’s big day!
Getting Ready
The girls started getting beautified at Marissa’s house that morning. With a little help from one10 Beauty, they were all done up and ready to get their friend married!
The invitation suite along with Marissa’s shoes and jewelry were positioned for a photo while mom zipped her daughter into her wedding dress.
Meanwhile, Will put on his finishing touches at the church and awaited the arrival of his lovely bride.
First Look
It was finally time to see each other! And Marissa looked just as beautiful as Will imagined she would.
Bride and Groom Photos
The husband-and-wife-to-be spent a little time along snapping some couples photos before the wedding party joined them. The Christ Church Cathedral is a gorgeous church and perfect for some outdoor photos!
Marissa carried a white bouquet with a mix of stock, queen anne’s lace, lilies and greenery.
Are these kiddos the cutest things you’ve ever seen or what?
Wedding Party Photos
It was time for the wedding party to join. Out they came, the girls rocking grey dresses in a variety of styles and the guys looking great in their black suits and grey ties.
Now that’s a good looking group!
Wedding Ceremony Highlights
The time was here! The guests were seated and the wedding party was lined up. The music started and here comes the bride!
Little Ben got to partake in the celebration too, by delivering the rings to mom and dad at the altar.
Sealed with a kiss and it’s a done deal!
Wedding Reception Details
Meanwhile, over at Ruby, the reception was all set up and awaiting the guests arrival. They were greeted with a Polaroid guestbook where they could snap a photo of themselves and leave it in the book with a note to the bride and groom.
A mix of candles and greenery and gold compote vases filled with flowers and greenery to mimic the bouquets as the centerpieces of each table.
The wedding cake, done by Nashville Sweets shared a table with the grooms cake, made lovingly by the grooms mom. Small bits of florals and greenery were added to each and the wedding cake was adorned with the topper of the new last name.
A bar menu was displayed for quick and easy ordering which included beer, wine and perfectly mixed his and hers signature cocktails. Personalized drink cups topped off the reception detail!
Wedding Reception Highlights
The night started off with a dance by the bride and groom and…. Ben and his little friend! How precious is that?!
The ever special father/daughter and mother/son dances were next. Marissa and her dad chose to dance to “I Loved Her First” by Heartland while Will and his mom danced to “Simple Man” by Lynyrd Skynyrd.
Time to cut that cake, toss that bouquet and retrieve that garter!
A little more dancing rounded out the night. Then the guests headed outside to send off the newlyweds with some fun styrofoam glowing wands!
It was so fun working with these 2 on their big day and getting to know their sweet family. We wish you guys all the best on everything to come!
