Today we get to recap Marlo and Yankton’s November wedding! The wedding was held at Long Hollow Gardens located just outside of Nashville in Gallatin. It’s a fairly new venue and has a ton of natural beauty.
With an 11:00am ceremony time, the wedding preparations began early in the morning. Marlo had her hair and makeup done by her friend Robert who did an amazing job.
The ceremony was held in the Greenhouse at Long Hollow Garden with gorgeous cobblestone floors and plants and trees all around to bring out the beauty of the space. Brown’s Florist did an incredible job with the altar flowers draping across the top and down the left side.
Marlo was escorted down the aisle with her dad by her side and had an intimate ceremony with close family and friends.
The reception area was in the nursery right beside the Greenhouse. Some of the tables had lanterns while others had flower arrangements. Since Yankton is a band member for Rascal Flatts, they decided to use guitar picks as favors. Some had Rascal Flatts band info and others were personalized for the wedding with their name and wedding date.
The dessert table was to die for! The beautiful cake was by Dulce Desserts. They also had pretty mini cupcakes, guitar cookies, cake pops and so many more tasty desserts.
Kathy’s Sugar and Spice catered a delicious buffet style brunch. Marlo and Yankton had their first dance then Marlo shared a dance with her father. We even got to hear Yankton perform with the band!
After a fun filled afternoon of singing and dancing, cake cutting was up next!
The afternoon ended with a bubble exit and the newlyweds were off!
Congratulations Marlo and Yankton! We wish you both nothing but the absolute best!
