Emma and Josh tied the knot at The Ruskin Cave in April of 2022! Their wedding day was long awaited, because of contracting covid the week before their original wedding date in the summer of 2021, they were finally able to celebrate their love for each other with all of their closest friends and family! Read along to see their pretty boho-inspired day from start to end!

Getting Ready

Emma and her bridesmaids got ready in the bridal room at The Ruskin Venue. With all the smiles, Emma slipped into her stunning a-line gown that highlighted a beautiful deep v-neckline.

Josh got ready with his groomsmen. He sported a fun flower-detailed tie that incorporated the same colors as Emma’s bouquet with a big beautiful light orange boutonnière to stand out against his light blue suit!

Wedding Ceremony Highlights

The ceremony took place as the sun was setting. It lit up the altar with beautiful golden light, perfect for Emma’s first official reveal to Josh on their wedding day!

After exchanging their vows, it was time to seal the deal with a kiss! Emma and Josh are married on this beautiful April day!

Wedding Party Photos

With an intimate wedding party, Emma, Josh, and their friends captured some great photographs with their amazing smiles.

Emma’s two bridesmaids wore the same beautiful burnt orange color in different styles and carried smaller similar bouquets with lighter accents. The garden style is just stunning wrapping in all of the colors from Emma and Josh’s wedding.

Josh’s groomsmen had matching soft blue suits with the same floral tie. Their boutonnières accented a white rose to contrast with Josh’s. The guys looked so handsome!

Their wedding party looked so good with their complementary color scheme!

Bride and Groom Photos

Moving into Emma and Josh’s portraits, these photos turned out absolutely stunning! The backdrops from the venue perfectly complimented these two lovebirds.

Emma’s beautiful up-do highlighted the neckline of her dress. Her stunning veil was dotted with pearls that draped behind the train of her dress. Emma looked absolutely stunning in all of her details!

With spring bringing us many blooms and bright green grass, these two had the perfect moment to savor in their new marriage. Emma and Josh were able to capture some romantic photos under all the beautiful blooms.

Josh just looked so handsome with his peach and orange accents to his twist on a slate blue suit.

The love was radiating off of these two. Emma and Josh just looked so perfect!

Wedding Reception Details

Set in a cave, Emma and Josh’s reception was one for the books! It was lit up with string lights, bright colors, and candles.

The color story was carried throughout the reception space. Linens were a deep red and ivory with napkins that were opposite to the linen color. The pretty burnt orange color was carried through the goblet-style glasses and the mix of taper candles. To add dimension, a smokey gray goblet glass was placed on the tables with the ivory linen, so pretty!

Like mentioned above, the taper candles highlighted the mix of colors in the reception space and the votives matched the style of the goblet water glasses, the perfect hint to that vintage flare!

The centerpieces were perfect, the perfect garden-like texture with beautiful bright pops of color. The flowers were so full and so stunning popping out agaisnt the greenery.

Emma and Josh had a pinch of the rustic touch with their naked cake by Vintage Cupcake and Company It was perfectly set with blooms on all three tiers.

Wedding Reception Highlights

After their grand entrance, Emma, Josh and their guests joined into the buffet. Toasts from their loved ones followed soon after.

It was then time to cut into that beautiful cake! They did this to the song “When I Fall In Love” by Nat King Cole.

Moving into the first dance, the couple danced under the star-like string lights to “I Get To Love You” by Ruelle. Parent dances followed, with Emma and her father dancing to “What A Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong and Josh and his mother dancing to “I Hope You Dance” by LeAnn Womack.
