Last October we had the privilege to work with Jan and Tyler on their wedding at Owen Farm, east of Nashville. The day was beautiful, the couple was super sweet and the venue has some super stunning views!
Getting Ready
Jan and her bridesmaids got ready at the house on property the morning of their wedding. They spent time on hair and makeup, while drinking mimosas and laughing about funny stories from the past. Tyler and his guys arrived all dressed and ready and hung out in the grooms cabin while they waited for photos to start.

Jan put on her dress in a stunning setting outside with a full length mirror to make sure she looked perfect. Her mom was there to help and do the final zip before sending her off for the first look with her girls and her soon to be hubby.

First Looks
First up was the reveal to her bridesmaids and flower girl!

And then it was off to see Tyler!

Bride and Groom Photos
Get ready for beautiful photo overload. I love these all so much that it was hard to pick just a few to share! Photo and Film by Sarah Elizabeth really knocked it out of the park and Jan and Tyler are so photogenic that it was the perfect match.

Wedding Party Photos
It’s time to get the wedding party in on the fun! The guys really rocked the dark navy suits and burgundy (bow)ties. The brown shoes tied the look all together.

The girls donned floor length burgundy dresses with a lace design on the top.

The 3rd star of the show was the old red Chevy pickup. You’ve seen it in the bride and groom photos and will see it a few more times throughout the day.

Wedding Ceremony Details
The venue has a stunning backdrop for their ceremony location so a lot of decor isn’t needed. An altar with some beautiful flowers, draping and a cross did the trick!

Wedding Ceremony
The time has arrived! The guests took their seats and the bridesmaids loaded up in the bed of the truck for their entrance.

The truck went back to pick up the real star of the show, Jan and her mom who walked her down the aisle.

Wedding Reception Details
The guests all headed over to the reception area for cocktail hour while the bride and groom wrapped up photos with family and wedding party. The white farm tables were covered with a burlap and lace runner, some old oil lanterns, pumpkins, greenery and of course a red truck here and there.
The wedding cake was a partially naked cake with lots of fresh fruit. The grooms cake represented an old dirt road and you guessed it…a red truck. The cookies joined in on the theme too!

Wedding Reception
Jan and Tyler joined their guests at the reception and kicked it off with their first dance, followed by dinner and toasts.

Next, Jan and Tyler cut both cakes and gave everyone a fun show with their bouquet and garter toss.

The night came to an end and their guests saw them off with a sparkler exit!

We had such a wonderful time working with this couple and wish them a lifetime of love and happiness!
