Nashville Wedding Recap – Lindsey & Brian
A beautiful couple paired with a gorgeous wedding makes for the perfect day, and here is the proof to show it. Introducing Lindsey and Brian as we celebrate their special union.
Lindsey and Brian were married on May 28, 2016 at Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art
in Nashville, TN. The garden was a perfect and charming location for the ceremony because of its lush greenery that made us feel like we were in a fairytale.
The talented Jamie Angeles
provided a professional glam session while the bridal party prepared for Lindsey’s wedding. Already dressed in white, the women added some lipstick and a spritz of hairspray to their matching updo hairstyles. The morning of the wedding flew by as the women laughed and spoke about the excitement for the day that they had all anticipated ever since the moment Brian had gotten on one knee.
Talk about a vision in white! Lindsey wore a beautiful white lace gown with subtle gorgeous embellishments. She had a long train outlined in lace detail, and her bouquet, provided by Import Flowers
, was filled with delicate white flowers that complemented her gown perfectly.
Before the ceremony, the bride and groom shared an intimate moment full of emotion and excitement. Lindsey not only took some time to share a “first look” before the ceremony began with Brian, she also did the same with her dad, which was such a super sweet moment that the wonderful photographer, Rachel Alura
, caught on camera.
Following the beautiful “first look” photos of the special couple, the wedding party also took photographs before the ceremony commenced. Lindsey’s bridesmaids were dressed in matching floor length aqua blue dresses and groomsmen sported white button downs, black pants, and suspenders with ties that matched the blue of the bridesmaid’s dresses. When your bridal party looks this good, you cannot help but be excited for the day!
Lindsey’s excitement and beauty was on display as her father walked her down the isle. The sun acted as a natural spotlight on the already glowing bride.
With a kiss and and a lot of bliss, two became one. The newly married couple joyfully walked down the isle as their guests cheered on their union, and Brian even got a congratulatory pat on the arm. Following the ceremony, Lindsey and Brian were full of happiness energy that transported them directly into the reception!
The reception took place under a tent in the Frist Garden with string lights and accented decor of birdcages with beautiful blue and white floral arrangements. Once the reception began, the buffet opened and the guests found their seats. Under the tent and string lights there was a romantic feel radiating from a much in love couple.
Love was in the air as it seemed as if nothing in the world mattered but these two. For their first dance as husband and wife, the couple slowly swayed in a sweet embrace to “Cover Me Up” by Jason Isbell. After a very romantic first dance, Lindsey shared a special dance with her father. The dance floor then opened for friends and family to join. Guests did not hesitate to bust a few moves, with glow sticks accessories of course!
After almost dancing the night away, it was time for the couple to toss the garter, throw the bouquet, and cut the wedding cake. We loved Brian’s creativity when he placed the garter around the football and lobbed it into the crowd of men. Also, how cute are the panda cake toppers?!
The evening was a beautiful and energetic filled night, but the party did not stop there. One last moment of excitement was on display as the beautiful couple rushed off into forever as streamers flew all around them.
We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to be a part of this special day for Lindsey and Brian. We wish them the best of luck in their new journey together!
