For today’s Wedding Recap, we will look at Lindsey and Connor’s dreamy garden wedding. The ceremony and reception both took place in the beautiful Long Hollow Garden in Gallatin, just far enough outside of Nashville to feel like a getaway, but close enough to home. Let’s take a look at this amazing day!
Getting Ready
Lindsey’s fabulous fit and flair dress was a neutral silk covered with white floral embroidery that carried the garden theme. Her jeweled belt was held with a champagne ribbon.
Lindsey and her bridesmaids got ready in adorable floral robes in the bridal suite.
Lindsey wanted her mother to be there for these special moments before the wedding. Their black and white portraits will be beautiful reminders of these precious moments for years to come!
Ceremony
Lindsey and Connor said their vows inside the reception space due to the rain that was coming. It turned out beautiful amongst many green plants and under a wrought iron arch.
Wedding Party
Connor and his handsome groomsmen wore blue suits with light pink ties that matched the bridesmaids dresses. Their brown shoes and suspenders provide a rustic, relaxed picture that go with the venue ambiance.
Lindsey’s lovely bridesmaids wore light pink, floor length dresses. Made of multiple layers of chiffon, the dresses provide a whimsical piece to the ceremony.

Connor’s blue suit brought out the blue in Lindsey’s eyes perfectly, and his boutonniere was made of white roses, rose buds, and silver dollar eucalyptus that complimented Lindsey’s bouquet.
Many of Connor and Lindsey’s portraits were positioned so they were not looking into the camera, thereby creating a romantic feeling that they are in a world of their own.
The brides bouquet was composed of white peonies and roses and several varieties of eucalyptus and greenery in a cascading arrangement.
Reception Details
The bridesmaids bouquets were set in glass vases along the farm tables as the centerpieces on the head table, while everything from lanterns to floating candles were used on the guest tables. The use of greenery, ferns, spray roses, and eucalyptus in all of the centerpieces stuck with the garden theme and created a magical ambiance.
The chairs were decorated with a small piece of draped greenery for an extra special touch.
The two-tiered cake by Homestyle Bakery was iced with vertical white stripes and adorned with fresh greenery and flowers. Simple, classy and beautiful!
The guest log with the couples monogram created a piece of art that they will be able to display in their home for years, reminding them of all the love of their friends and family.
Reception
Lindsey and Connor wanted to perform all of the classic wedding traditions including the cutting of the cake, bouquet and garter toss!
We wish Lindsey and Connor all of the happiness in the world and thank them for letting us be a part of their special day!
