Olivia and Wells tied the knot on June 2nd, 2018. It was a beautiful day for two people to start the rest of their life together! Scroll along to see all the details that made it their perfect wedding day.
Getting Ready
The bride started her day by heading over to Maggie Mae’s Salon to get her hair done. Then she travelled over to the grooms parents house (also the venue) to get ready with her girls. Meanwhile the groom and his men hung out at the house getting ready for the big day, too.
When Olivia saw her bouquet, she said “Its exactly what I wanted!” which of course is our favorite thing to hear.
Wedding Party Photos
Before the ceremony, the bride and groom both had photos taken with their best gals and guys. Olivia really didn’t want anyone besides her bridesmaids to see her in her dress prior to walking down the aisle, so it was a big surprise for everyone!
Ceremony Details
Along the aisle there were white lanterns filled with vibrant colors to guide guests to their seats.
These vibrant florals paired with lanterns were continued to the bridesmaids, who carried these instead of a bouquet. The colors in the flowers stood out so beautifully agains the deep purple bridesmaid dresses. We absolutely loved this idea for the lanterns and doing something different!
Bride and Groom
After the ceremony, Olivia and Wells snuck away to take some pictures together before the reception began.
Reception Details
The reception took place inside the family home and every detail was equal parts stunning and romantic! The aisle lanterns moved into the house to be part of the centerpieces while the place settings were china and items that Wells’ mom has had for years.
The cake perfectly matched their wedding day, continuing to highlight those stunning floral pops of color paired with romantic piping details.
Olivia and Wells – we wish you all the best as you start this new journey together! We were completely honored to play a small part in your wedding day. Here’s to forever!
