On the evening of October 21, 2017 Olivia and Michael took their vows to become one! As a team, VIW helped create the perfect wedding day for such a beautiful couple. From start to finish this day was as breathtaking as the couple and it was definite that no one could wipe the smiles off of this couples faces!
Getting Ready
The beautiful bride, Olivia, started her morning off by spending hours getting her hair and makeup done by Eye Do. Her bridesmaids and wedding party got ready at the private suits in the Belle Meade Plantation home. The details that accompanied the bride’s signature look were stunning. The bride’s choice of shoe with a small touch of diamonds, along with the simplistic lace on her gown made for a beautiful ensemble.
While getting ready, the bride and groom chose to write individual letters to each other before their big reveal!
Photographer, Nashville Wedding Collection, was able to capture a spiffy photo of the groom fixing his tie. Michael definitely wanted to impress his Bride-to-be!
First Look
Olivia and Michael chose to have a “First Look” where the groom was able to take a sneak peek of his bride-to-be. As Olivia stood at the end of the ceremony space, she anxiously awaited for her groom to turn and smile! The photos revealed such an intimate and special moment between the couple.
The photographer was able to capture a quick snapshot of the bride and her bouquet at the “First Look”. Absolutely breathtaking! The lace bridal gown fit her perfectly with a spring color inspired bouquet, by Belles Fleurs Designs, to finish the bridal look.
Olivia and Michael finished their “First Look” with a sweet kiss and separated to await their walk down the aisle!
The Wedding Party
The wedding party absolutely radiated! The cider orange bridesmaid dresses paired beautifully with the natural bouquets that matched the bride’s. The men kept it simple by wearing black tuxes with white roses as their boutonnieres. As a whole, the bridal party made looking good effortless. The groom and groomsmen traveled to the Belle Meade Plantation with transportation from Music City Dream Cars where they waited for family and friends to arrive at the ceremony space.
The rustic feel of the plantation, along with the homey atmosphere created a perfect scene for this bridal party. The bridesmaids were able to choose their own dress within the bride’s color scheme. This was a great way to allow the bridesmaids to show their personal style and feel comfortable on her big day!
The groomsmen, on the other hand, were dressed in matching black tuxes that created a sleek look to all the gentlemen. Their personalities definitely came out in this shot!
Ceremony Details
Guests were able to sign wooden blocks and place them in a box for the couple to remember who attended their special day. The entrance table was decorated with a picture for guests to sign and ceremony detail cards. The ceremony was held in the Belle Meade Plantation garden. Family and friends sat alongside of the stone walk way to await the bride’s grand entrance.
Ceremony
The ceremony space was a perfect place for this stunning couple! Olivia was able to take her long walk to her groom on a stone walkway with beautiful greenery surrounding. At the end of the aisle was an urn filled with flowers that matched the bride’s bouquet. Before the bride was able to join hands with her groom, she was able to sweep a kiss from her father. There was not a dry eye in the garden!
Sweet vows followed and they sealed their marriage with a kiss!
Reception Details
The reception continued at the Belle Meade Plantation where tables were placed inside and around the reception space. Each table was draped with white linens and in the center was a vase full of roses set to impress. Along the sides of the barn VIW planners placed strings of photos that captured some of the couple’s best moments. The eye catching cake made by Dessert Designs was the show stopper of the evening. Sitting outside the venue, waiting for the night to end, was a vintage car as the couples chariot!
The jinga blocks were moved from the ceremony space to the reception area for the guests to enjoy! The night was filled with fun, dancing and games.
What-a-cake! Dessert Designs really out did themselves on this masterpiece for such a deserving couple.
Reception
The reception started off with a grand entrance by the bride and groom to a room filled with loved ones. Their night consisted of tons of dancing and laughter with some of their closest friends and family. Everyone ran to the dance floor when some of the top hits were played and sung by Top Tier Band. The guests enjoyed a reception filled with some of the most savory foods and catering provided by Bacon and Caviar. The night kicked off with intimate dances between the bride and groom, along with their family members.
The bride definitely got a good throw in to all the single ladies!
We know the groom had a great time in this moment! The groomsmen and single guys were ready to make the biggest catch of the night.
The couple wrapped up the night with some fun dancing and one big final smooch! The guests were given bubbles to blow for the final exit of the newly weds. Waiting outside the venue was a vintage car to sweep the couple off of their feet and into the night!
