For this weeks recap, we have a wonderful bride and groom! Hannah and Phil’s beautiful winter wedding was on February forth twenty seventeen.
Getting Ready
The day started off early for the ladies at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. To help with hair and makeup they had Abby Moorer. After all the hair and makeup was done up, it was time for Hannah to get in her dress with a little help from mom!
Five hours after the girls started getting ready, it was time for the groom and his men to start getting ready. Once the wedding party was all ready it was time for pictures! How beautiful does Hannah look?
Hannah chose to have her bridesmaids wear dresses of the same color in a variety of styles! Everyone especially loves this because they feel comfortable in their dress but still match each other!
The bouquets were gorgeous red, white, and purple to match the dresses and to add a pop of color to the day!
Phil and his boys looked dapper in black suits but kept it comfy with black Nikes.
What a fun group of guys!
The Ceremony
After pictures it was time to head to the ceremony at Vine Street Christian Church!
A few kisses and tears later, they were finally a married couple! While the bride and groom had a few more pictures taken, the cocktail hour got underway at The Musicians Hall of Fame!
Love this shot as well! I hope they have this framed somewhere in their house!
The Reception
The bride and groom entered the reception with the rest of their wedding party! Look how happy they came dancing in!
Between the food, the flowers, and the added personal touches, the reception was absolutely stunning. Honestly how delicious do these apples made by Chef’s Market look? Their cake traveled all the way from The Milk Bar in New York City! And wow did it look divine!
Flowers and candles done by Alex B from Vision in White Events as the centerpieces added a wonderful warmness and color to the room.
Adding personal touches to your wedding really makes it a special day;this prayer wall was one of the ways Hannah and Phil made their wedding unique.
The bride and groom sent each of their guests home with a poster to commemorate their special day!
The bride and groom shared their first dance together to “Take Care” by Drake sung by the best man! Such a fun first dance!
After the first dance, it was time for Hannah and her father to dance to “Little Miss Magic” by Jimmy Buffet.
Following this sweet moment, Phil and his mother danced to “Be As You Are” by Mike Posner.
After much dancing, it was time to cut the cake!
Before anyone knew what happened, it was time for the bride and groom to go! They were cheered through a tunnel of pompoms to a waiting car. What a fun night!
Congratulations Hannah and Phil! We hope your journey through life is as fun as it was the day it started!
