What does a typical wedding day look like for you?

– Double check all music & preparations

– Load Gear & head to the venue

– Setup, Soundcheck, & review all information & timelines

– Ceremony AV, Cocktail hour music, Dinner Music, & then all out throw down at the reception, celebrating my clients.

– Load out, count my blessings, & get ready to do it again

How did you get into the business?

I was a musician and guitarist for years. I played wherever I could. Occasionally, I was asked to play someone’s wedding ceremony and/or cocktail hour. I understood music. I understood people and the flow of events & performances. Over time, I was asked about DJing. So I looked into it. And actually accepted my first wedding as a DJ without even having the equipment for it. It was like a baptism by fire. I had no choice but to figure it out. So I did. Been DJing ever since.
